How we use it. To respond to enquiries, provide and coordinate your care (including clinical screening and prescriber review), confirm appointments, process payments, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with. Only those involved in your care (such as the prescribing clinician and the compounding pharmacy), our booking and communication systems, and where required by law. Clinical records are kept confidential.

Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use it. Advertising cookies are disabled by default. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Storage and security. Information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We keep records only as long as required for clinical and legal purposes.
