Before you book
Everything starts with the free clinical consultation: a short, relaxed chat by phone or video. Rosha asks how you have been feeling, goes through your health history and medications, and answers every question, including exactly what would go into your drip. Nothing is booked until our prescribing clinician has reviewed and confirmed your plan.
Before
Eat normally, drink some water, and wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily. That is all the preparation there is.
Arrival
Rosha arrives at your booked time and sets up wherever you are comfortable. She checks your vitals and answers any last questions.
The drip
A small cannula goes in (a quick scratch), then you read, work, rest or doze while Rosha monitors you in the background.
After
The cannula comes out in seconds, your vitals are checked again, and everything is packed away. Most people carry on with their day.
How often people book
NAD visits are planned individually. Your clinician will talk about frequency with you; there is no set course you have to commit to.

What does a NAD infusion feel like?
Some people notice sensations such as warmth or chest tightness if it runs too fast, which is why it is given slowly and adjusted to you. Rosha monitors you the whole time.

Is NAD an anti-ageing treatment?
We do not make anti-ageing claims. The visit is built around healthy-ageing goals and is only offered after your consultation and clinical review.
Who delivers the visit?
Rosha Nepal, an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse and our founder. The nurse who talks to you at the consultation is the one who comes to your door.
Is it safe? Who is it not suitable for?
Every visit is consult-first, clinically reviewed and nurse-delivered. It is not suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy and with some heart, kidney and other medical conditions. If that is you, we will say so and point you to your GP.
Is it covered by Medicare or my health fund?
Generally no. These are private wellness visits. You will always know the full price before you book.
